If you mean while on the ground bleeding out, sure, that would be a nifty module to have. A sort of last second shielding to keep you around for a revive or so that your respawn timer doesn't get ganked.
For normal gameplay and battles?

I think you might be on to something. Maybe instead of a module, this ability could be obtained in battle. Let's hide it in a box that you have to smash open with your head, and once you collect the flashing/bouncing star that emerges you become invincible for a short period.

So you'd really use a slot on a mod that would prevent your suit from being terminated prematurely?
