I have a real problem calling anybody a friend, let alone a real friend, if I don't regularly see them face to face and know where they live.
I mean, let's be honest, you could just as well be a kid and your "friends" want to fly down to where you live to get to "know" you. Or, are you the cop pretending to be the minor? HmmGǪ

I doubt if any one even plays dust within 100 mile radius of me! Maybe Chicago, but none of my friends want to play cause were old and I'm the only that games.

a lot of my dust friends and i skype regularly some of us have met in person
and i know where several live and they know where i live hell ive had a dust friend come up to visit me in the hospital once

when you spend as much time ina hospital bed as i do its easy to consider someone who simply cares asa friend especially when you have no living relatives

the reason they made the word was so people wouldnt offend transgender people..cisgender can apply to both male and female genders and essentially means hey your not trans ...
it allows people to avoid the phrase real girl or real man and such ...which most transwomen or transmen find offensive
it is simply a non offensive way to distinguish between someone who is trans and is not
personally i feel its unnecessary but like with any group of people there are always people with soft or thin skin
