I go to pubs to get free of proto gear and have fun with my ADV/basic. As a matter of fact I've been seeing this same exact thread over and over again for years. Officer used to be rare, yes, but not proto. Ban all the carebears in dust before they destroy the game

If I could make a difference in denial or gain on important resources then MAYBE I'd have a reason to care. CCP logic GÇô We fix what doesn't need breaking.
