sebastian the huds Corrosive Synergy 337	Posted - 2015.11.29 14:55:00 - [1] - Quote Can someone please tell me why the assault HMG is the only "assault" variant weapon with a lower rate of fire than its base? can we rename it the breach HMG and add a new variant HMG that has higher rate of fire and less damage? you know why? to make it less confusing when i try to explain this stuff to newbies. me- "yeah the assault varient of all the guns do less damage but have a higher rate of fire and more ammo per clip" newb- "why does that gun say 'assault' next to it but its rate of fire was slower than mine?" me- "because ccp" newb- "am i going to hear that a lot?" me- "yes" I specialize in light attack vehicles, so what? i was the first CEO of corrosive synergy.

I should get its dispersion tweaked and it's range reduced to serve as a breach weapon. As for the assault, bring back the old one, (I miss it) increase range, increase ammo and rof, and reduce damage. Tweak dispersion to make it bad at cqc but good at range. Nirwanda Vaughns 1	Posted - 2015.11.30 15:01:00 - [14] - Quote I came up with some HMG ideas to try seperate them a little more and that was to have the Assault HMG work as a long engagement point gurad kinda weapon average RoF, lower damage, high clip lower heat build up, longer reload, lower range (20-30m) the idea is that a heavy defending a point has a weapon that can fend off one or two reds for a prolonged amount of time for backup to arrive, but its not so over powered in that if 4 guys come at once it will struggle. the increased reload was the drawback of having a much larger clip size so that it can keep up sustained fire for longer but when it comes time to reload its 15-20s so if backup hasn't arrived you best get the sidearm out or go hide. then as you say. what we have as the assault HMG now make the Breach for anti LAV and room clearence and normal hmg for general run/gun 'oh well i have the bpo so i'll use it on this free suit' version Please fix my C-II hitpoints!! Jesus and I love you :)
