All I have to say is this
Stay away from the top right corner of the map. A quest there is bugged,and the other one made me sh!t my pants. And people with pistols that shoot death rays that give you 99pluss rads.

Good to know. I know there was one mission that was glitched for some.
I just started and am about ready to explore. What I really need is to figure out how to not make my buildings look like crap.

Also, the PS4 versions is way buggier than the Xbone version. So I have not had to experience any bugs while playing. Makes me happy.

highly recommend starting off by laying a raised foundation (either concrete or wooden works fine). better appearance + tactical advantage. also, had no issues in the top right of map (was ~ level 20-25 at the time) but you'll definitely want to engage those guys with gamma guns from range. now mid 30s; bottom left of map is the toughest area i've ventured into so far. still lots of exploring to do.

Go to the super duper mart in lexigton, there are a bunch of Mr Handy fuel cans right outside and a fusion core inside if it. Howveer it is infesred with ghouls, so be careful

Been playing Fallout 4 for a week or so now and haven't really encountered any major bugs bar the dialogue one when I skip through large sections of text. I've restarted a few times now and finally settled on my current build.
Though I loathe what's been done to dialogue I can't deny the gunplay is better than ever, V.A.T.S is useful as hell for the first time ever and on Survivalist Difficulty combat is really intense and difficult.
Plus with characters actually having back stories I finally care about having them around and want to invest in CHA perks. Looking for Curie at the moment though I already know where she is I am stalling on direction in the game since for the most part I know where a great deal of end game content is but don't want to ruin the progression for myself.
I am having a huge amount more fun with melee weapon now that I know how to consistently trigger the execute animations and running around with a switch blade is hilarious.

I play fallout just like a played skyrim and fable kill everything I can kill so far its going well I just fire flares up and kill the minutemen that arrive so I can get there ammo also killed a guy who wouldn't let me have his dog,killed all travelers who sell ****,tried to kill my dog but I just replaced him with strong so I'm doing alright
im just a scrub here, to u know, do things helpful like ummm commenting,complaining,and giving terrible advice thats it

Nostalgia tends to cloud rational reasoning. Sure I can say that the original fallout and fallout 2 were the best ever, bugs, glitches, and the incomplete game that was given taken into account. Yet, that was a different time were I was much younger and had never encountered a game like that.
Honestly, while I loved the original games and was disappointed with fallout 3, it was still a great game and continues to be on par with the original if not better.
If I let it, my nostalgia will get the best of me and nothing could ever compare...EVER. But I'm going to drop it and say that what Bethseda has done with the game is amazing and better than the original.
Reading though the Van Buren version that was to succeed the original series though does make me wish it had come to fruition. |

It works very well when aiming at the head
It also works well until you get better stuff for dealing with Deathclaws (belly shots) and higher ranked Mirelurks.
