Yes, I believe you are correct that it's a server refresh thing. The point is, server refreshes are usually done from backups, which means that it's possible the data isn't actually in the backups for some reason.

Be carefull here any kind of rumors are prohibited here (i know it because i was many time prosecuted because that) XD
This situation was here before you will have item dont worry (if you achieved you will have it - a checked WP and i still have 10k)

These aren't "rumours", they're speculations, and there is absolutely nothing I wrote which could be taken any other way. Until we hear from CCP, there is nothing to tell us that these are not lost.
