This sprint glitch is the WORST bug I've had to deal with in any game I've ever played. I love this game for its quick action and customizing options, but it will pull up my deployment guide a majority of the time when I click L3 (sprint). I see I am not the only one to complain about this bug, I hope someone can fix soon.
Sometimes to get through a game Ill just not sprint. Its complete crap, but ill die fewer times not sprinting, rather than trying to sprint and it pulling up my D. map. |

If trying to sprint pulls up the map or other menu, the problem is possibly the controller starting to wear inside.

everyone i know that has worn out a controller has had it press dpad buttons while trying to run.

Omg this **** has been driving me crazy. I can't believe it's happening to someone else. It's the worst. Gonna buy a new controller and see if it fixes.

I thought it was my controller that causes the map to pop up when I sprint (L3) 
I have also experience the glitch where sprint cannot be activated and the clone can only walk normally throughout match until it dies as the glitch dissapears when the clone dies and gets replaced by another
Hope they fix the problem with sprint and map because I always get killed when it does this

Call in a lav get in then get out it fixes the glitch but not permanently

If you wanna waste money, go ahead.
It's not the controller, guys! It can't be the controller if it's only not letting your sprint. Unless L3 is broken which I HIGHLY doubt.

In that case it's your controller, I had the same happen to me after I smashed mine. Get a new one, trust me.

It's not your controller.
It's just that the devs seem to care more about making it look pretty than play right.
Also, I've heard the devs talking during battle, and it's clear they all seem to play with a mouse. -That might be one of the biggest problems right there. I wish they'd drop the damned mouse and pc, and dedicate themselves to playing with a Playstation controller for a few months. Then they might have a clue.

Adding in a vote for the controller. My controller taps the dpad and L1 when sprinting. Usually have to bash the side of the controller to get it to stop or switch to another.  |

Your sarcasm is cute but not helpful.
The fact is, it is NOT a defect in the controller hardware, but their poor coding.
I can tell that they have not written a separate but dedicated code for controller inputs- what's going on is they've mapped the keyboard and mouse buttons to a Ps3 controller. Poorly. And if too many button combos are pressed at just the wrong time, it doesn't register the inputs correctly. The controller essentially emulates the mouse and keyboard.
This is lazy programming.
Is that all you brought? How disappointing. I was hoping for a challenge.
