Is it possible to tie the beams of the multi-beam repair tools to different buttons? Such as R1 for one beam and L1 for the other? Seriously, if this isn't technically feasible or Rattati is utterly against it for some strange reason, I'll leave it alone, but it would be a huge quality-of-life enhancement for logis to be able to unlock one target without having to reacquire both targets.

I'm almost certain no one is against it, and it would be the kind of thing that just makes sense.
That said, I have no idea if it is feasible or not. I'm inclined to think it is not, as we would have probably seen it implemented already if it was, but I can inquire.

I'd really appreciate you finding out. It's been driving me nuts having to fight my own rep tool to lock who I want.

Maybe we can have the beams not lock on to anything. Instead, the repair tool can have crosshairs that will indicate the direction the beams will go. For example, if you use a repair tool that can repair two players at once, it will have two crosshairs on opposite sides of your screen. Once you aim away from the players, the beams will stop repairing.

Have you or the other CPM had the opportunity to ask about this yet? Would you be able to give us an affirmative or negative if you have?
