this isnt so much a problem or glitch.. maybe a problem, but will there be a way for those of us with a nanite injector to view where the mercs are located at that are down in the field. like a medic cross above their heads? |

Agree. It could be easily explained away as a tactical overlay program or something in the helmet's HUD, and maybe have a distance reading |

I'm going to 3rd this.
Planning on going Medic/Repair guy and a sign for fallen mercs would help a lot. Also maybe explain to people that we can revive them and that they don't need to bleed out? |

people with nanite injectors should get an overlay of mercs that are bleeding out, and their proximity
mercs bleeding out should get an overlay of nearby people with nanite injectors and their proximity. the nanite user can wait for the enemies to pass is need be since they'll often be killed in firefights |

Aye, I find that being a medic is, at the moment, worthless, without any indicator that someone needs help. The best we got is if the body stays for a longer period of time....and some bodies glitch, so not so much. There are about a dozen other games that have a working system. Anyone with nanite injectors should have a Redcross or some other visual to indicate someone in need of assistance.
As it stands, hardly anyone bothers even waitinng for a medic, because me standing around trying to poke people who tap 'o' right away is less than effective.

At the moment it's quite frustrating trying to be a medic. |

i totally agree on this, idk if this counts as a bug or more as feedback but this is kinda needed in the game to make it even worth having the choice to medic people |

As I usually play some form of medic on games that allow me too, I would love this. Also having the ability for fallen players to see when a medic is coming wouldn't be a bad idea either.
Since we're on the subject of medics; I haven't actually been able to get the injectors yet. How is it actually applied? Is there an animation or is it like in MAG where it's a puff of magic mist?
I only just started actually digging into the skill system so I haven't unlocked any of the good stuff yet. I'm curious as to how teammates are healed/revived. |

I also would like to see some type of HUD icon on a fallen team mate. Its not something we testers want, I think its a must. |

We need a way to have people as pure medics. Maybe a Medical gun of some kind because people bleed out so quickly. We should call it the Nanite injector rifle lol. Seriously though medic's can save us some serious cash on the battlefield and good medics will probably be hard to come by. This rifle should be in the form of a sniper rifle and show downed comrades in bright blue and comrades downed behind something in bright red.
Medics are a combat role that should be available just like a heavy is considered a combat role. I don't want my assault forces thinking about when a guy goes down. I want a dedicated medic that has all kinds of great gadgets.
They could include medics as a support class since a medic could also hold shield and armor reps that work for players that are in the proximity of where they are standing. Medics in my opinion are and will be a main stay in every squad i put under my command even if the medic role on the battlefield isn't elaborated on.
Medics are and will be a major battle changer so all the swarm launching mmhmmm should pick up some nanite injectors and get to healing the guys that can actually shoot worth a mmhmmm. :) |

Well said. I play FPS to medic as it brings me a great deal of joy. I hope the next build addresses this issue and allows for medics to be usefull on the battlefield. |

I agree. Maybe medics should have a marker on hud for others to see. Would probly at least encourage team mates who don't talk to stick near / look after them. |
