Game master. He setups up the adventures for the PCs (player characters). Generally in charge of role playing the NPCs (non-player characters) and creating a narrative for the players to follow.

Edit: pretty sure it means Game Manager in DUST forums sense. CCP Archduke pretty much manages the forums, if that was what you where asking.
