I think that the current LAVGÇÖs are not working on the battlefield. LAVGÇÖs are meant to be fast and weak. However I donGÇÖt think LAVGÇÖs are that fast in relation to dropships. Besides that LAVGÇÖs are very weak that they get destroyed very quick. If you would drive a LAV you should be very lucky to survive on the battlefield.
If I would compare the LAV to the ADS and dropships. (dropships are faster transport)
Basic LAV is destroyed in 1 av shot, basic ADS in 2 av shots, basic gorgon 3 shots.
Complex LAV with basic av 3 shots else 2, com ADS 3/4, com grim 5.
My proposal is to increase the hp of the methana and shield version with around 600 hp.
Or return the Limbus with the extra hp and his rep capability. The rep would give a nice touch to the field.
Notes:
Gorgons are more efficient for roadkills then LAVGÇÖs.
Tanks are more efficient for murder cab.
Dropships go faster to the objective.
Stealing tanks/dropships/LAVGÇÖs will always happen.
I really like the idea of a LAV on the field but not in current way.

I agree LAVS are extremely Under powered. I always had the Idea that they take longer to lock onto with swarms because there smaller then tanks. Maybe 50-100% longer.

I agree that constant road killing would suck. TBH there should be a MAV for logi, just a LAV with a top cover. MAV could have the right balance of speed and tackiness to the perfect fit in the battlefield.

partly i like the video, but because of the roadkilling it's not how it should be.
at a certain moment roadkilling is nevered like it is right now (you really need to hit someone on a way he can't survive).
When that happend the LAV was good. You had enough hp to run for a tank and you can't roadkill people easy.
a few weeks later the hp af LAV's were lowered down to current specs (i tought this was because the basic LAV's were used as a trow away car resulting in many LAV's and a WP farm for others. correctify me if i'm wrong)
At that point LAV's were pretty useless. it is like a scout that is the entire time visible and weak in stead of an assault that is fast and just enough hp to get around the corner in time. The current balochs and onikuma can stay like the are, but the assault (or perhaps the logi) should have a bit more hp then now.
