Hi DUST 514 Hard Working Team And Mercs 
Tanks Since... I Really Don't Know When... Have Integrated Passive Armor Repairs 
But No Other Vehicles Have Integrated Passive Armor Repair 
Every Dropsuit Has Integrated Passive Armor Repairs, Even If Its Extremely Low, But Mostly Everything Can Slowly Regen Its Own Armor 
If I'm Correct...
The Only Armor That Can't Passively Regen Are The LAVs And Dropships
And If Its Still A Thing...
You Can't Recall A Vehicle That Is Very Low On Armor
You Would Have To Repair Tool It Or Supply Depot Repair It Or Passive Module Repair It
And If For Some Reason You Have Non Of These, You Can't Recall Your Vehicle 
I'm Guessing That Low Repair Rates Would Be The Way To Go On LAVs And A Bit More Than LAVs On Dropships, But May The Choice Be Of DUST 514's Hard Working Team If They'll Do The Change

Sooo lets add more reps to the tanks and give them more survivability! No atm you almost always have a rep o your tanks anyways

I don't really have a dog in this fight, so I'm just gonna point out that he was referring to lavs and dropships, noting at the start of his post that he(incorrectly) thought tanks were the only ones with integrated reps. That is all.
you ever get to that point where you know you should sleep, but ya just...dont? yeah...me too.

+1 for nominal passive reps for the rest of the vehicles.
it's decent to let a DS rep it's armor if it waits for one to two minutes.
Especially, considering the recall damage limitation.
