I know GTPlanet, a forum all about car and racing games has this feature.
Guess what we could do? We could have a Dust meme thread! And show weird glitches easily! All that without having to upload pictures to a different website, and copypasting the link...
I know for a fact devs can do this... why can't we?

Because CCP would need to censor or go through every image for **** or other offensive graphic materials, and they simply do not want to deal with it.
FF2014 we were given images to our signatures, best times on the forums imo, lol.
