I have been coming of and on this game since 2011 and I'v always been who just really doesn't know what I'm doing. I need assistance to progress in this game. I'v been sitting watching my SP grow since 2011. I really love this game but I really, really suck. I have a MIC and I don't have money to spend on resetting my skills. Am I screwed? Is there any hope for my in-game character?

I don't see that you have your dropsuit engineering/dropsuit electronics and the sub-skill trees 5/5, or the biotic sub-skill trees 5/5. It seems like you've skilled into a scout, and those are very helpful skills to have maxed out for scouting. Or just dump the rest of your points into a caldari sentinel and hmg rapid reload. Then I bet you could tear it up.

Don't forget the Caldari assault with a rail rifle of choice. It's a beast with the new shield buff.
I like my raspberries melted with a side of ice cream.
