Personally, I just prefer to have all my APEX in the same place. So when they're spread out from my AUR APEX not only in another category, but separated by faction, it becomes a little annoying to check up on them all.

You are more likely to get an apex than a faction apex when trading. Getting an apex takes seconds to a week (if you haven't gotten your paycheck yet). While faction apex requires either a lot of money for glitched boosters (2.5 lp instead of 25% bonus, if not patched) repeated stomps, camping, etc. taking weeks or months. apex = money, faction =skill and/or time.

I've grinded for my Republic suits all three of them... And I shall continue to grind for the rest to show Min Loyalty... Then I dunno what FW to grind for next... Maybe Gal? Not sure...

you could just make a whole basic fot and run for as long as you want without it loosing value over time

i'm pretty sure we all know why there are 2 kinds of apex.
i think what sam was curious about is people trading.
ive seen lots of ppl asking specifically for aur or LP versions and i have wondered the same thing.
all ive come up up with is so they can pretend they earnt it in FW.

Some of us do not have the time.
Hell, I don't have the time to wait for a pub other than Dom during the week, let alone that there are never any FW battles running in the first 1-2 hours after downtime.
Thus, trading for them or buying them are my only realistic options.
