The pay to win has infected EvE. Loss subscriptions by their community now will lead to having your skill points converted to skill booster items in order to have you... The tenth of the New Eden population subscribe. The "skins" for eve pilot apparel exists (jadeks prior fb postings) and will also probably be a sort of consolation followed by aurum market commonplace. Do you seriously think the Hispanic marketing towards free to play would be negated when that customer could be bought in to become a subscriber? You've already bought in to the product if you're still here and that 50 + million skill point instant status will keep you here as well.
Agree or disagree with me but, when the verdict is out and this shuts its doors tell me... How else could a company keep its customers without finishing a product?

If this were the plan for DUST 514, I'd have quit the day after I got the brief and taken a shotgun to the ps3.
This has not one f*cking thing to do with why I say "don't biomass."
I'm a player, and I don't get paid to push CCP marketing ideas, especially not for EVE, and I would certainly not endorse what you're suggesting, making DUST players SP mules with no further value.

Then what will they do breakin when they shut this down? Nothing? No consolation? It's obvious that whatever NDA is present will cause the playerbase to quit. I miss all these "cpm candidates" that said f*ck NDA you will know the truth. Or do they have the wool over their eyes themselves?

DUST does have an expiration date..... when the PS3's online support closes, if not sooner. at least in its current form.
If CCP choose not to re-develop on another system then our characters will just become forgotten assets in cyberspace, just as our XP on PS2 and Xbox games of the past.
Hopefully CCP choose to move to PC and our chars will live on, but i don't really have much faith.

Now that ^ was what I was expecting. Lol. So seriously, the game dies no port happens or the port does happen this sp pack is still viable. Becoming an "item" could still mean getting a head start on Legion.
Also you decided to troll vice answering the question.How else could a company keep its customers without finishing a product?
