3 locks deffinitly seems to be the favorite. don't think it should be made too OP by repping too much. i suggested 55 with a 12m lock range. thats midway between std and adv rep tools in terms of range and reps (Std 40 ADV 60, ADV Triage 75) its in a similar rnge of the Krins DM BPO we had which was somewhere between STD/ADV with a special ability (damage to all tiers)

few years ago i suggested being able to change the target by tapping left/right on the d-pad. the random targetting can be frustrating when you have a cluster of bluedots and you're trying to lock your squad mate.
or perhaps if you're in a squad you can only lock your squad mates, it'd help limit WP farming and if you're solo you can just rep anyone.
or if the auto lock favored green targets ove rblues somehow
