It's harder but still manageable. Plus you have to admit when your entire jihad loadout costs less than 10k isk and you take at a proto tank, it's still worth it.

I started jihading a week ago and it is absolutely hilarious how easy it is and how long it took me to realize it is the most effective AV , especially against douche tankers.
" Jihading " really does sound funny now that you think about it.
I mean you can do it more than once.

First get an APEX logi. Have remotes skilled to V. Then put the 3 different kinds of REs on your logi suit. Have a BPO lav, preferably a saga. Put all the REs you can on the lav with your APEX logi. At that moment go to a supply depot and switch out to an unmodified APEX logi. None of your REs will blow up since you are still in your logi.
Your lav may or may not have an fuel injector on it, if you decide to put one on jihading will cost you a couple thousand isk, if not, entirely free.
And the final and most important step, find an enemy proto tanker and laugh in his face as his million dollar tank blows up to something that costs less than 10k.
