Dude that article is almost 8 months old. CCP dropped the Legion trademark since then.

I remain hopeful for Dust/Legion.
I do not own a PS4 or a good PC but I hope it gets ported somewhere. I know that CCP is trying to fix and balance this game and I think they are doing a good job. It still needs a lot of love but I think half of the problems could be solved by the player base not being assholes all the damn time.
My armor is weak, but my shields are relentless.

We've all seen it, this was written during the fanfest of 2014(the article's date is wrong). In fact it was the negative reaction to the PC migration that drove CCP to cut off our glimpse into Legion's development. And it isn't helping them much as you can see.
Edit: EVE Legion is still trademarked with the World Intellectual Property Organization until 11 March 2024.

It was an attempt, but it completely punted on the fact that not everyone with a console was going to want to invest in a gaming PC to follow a single game.
