To be honest I can say the same thing about the PS4. Exclusives that interest people vary from person to person. For example, the only PS4 exclusive that interests me is Bloodborne, and that's it.
If I had a spare $600 (thats the cheapest for the console itself and no games in my country) I would possibly consider getting a PS4. But it would be a waste if all I got was Bloodborne. TLOU I have for the PS3, so I'm not really missing out there. Never got into the Infamous series or the Uncharted series. Little Big Planet would be nice for my daughter, but I have it for the PS3 anyway.
Edit: I am not wanting to start a console war, everyone is entitled to their own opinions on consoles and games.

Acutally the PC has more exclusives and more indy titles. Take a look at the steam shop.
Edit: Also keep in mind, it comes down to what people prefer and their own personal opinions. This whole console war is just a d.ck comparing competition started by fan boys and is totally idiotic.

The moral of the story is,PC isn't the best and neither are consoles. But unlike Pc elitists want to think,consoles don't have potato's for operating systems.
But from a business standpoint I'd port to the next gen consoles first to generate cash,then release a PC version that's off the charts in all the graphics and details and frames but first you gotta take baby steps. Work out the kinks. Not just jump straight to one thing and then bomb out.
I agree with you cat, but here is the biggest problem of porting it from the PS4 to PC: Crossplay.
The community would cry for it to happen, and when it does, the console gamers will ask for it to be taken away. It has been proven time and time again that Keyboard and Mouse will always outperform a Controller. And seeing as you can have multiple games running at the same time on a PC (IE. EVE in one window and Dust in the other) they (as in one player) could effectivly control FW and PC with OBs.
I am not against Dust porting to next gen. And I am not in favor of one console or another (though I would prefer an Xbone port), but if it ports to console, it needs to stay on console or buff the auto aim to near aimbot status in order to compete with PC gamers.

Actually in my country, getting a PC for $300 (half the price of a PS4) is weaker than the PS4. I would be better off buying a tablet.
I will admit I overexagerated, but they will need to do something if they Crossplay the game in order to help those who use controllers. Xbone PS4 Crossplay (doubt it will ever happen Warframe even failed to convince Sony and Microsoft) wouldn't be as bad as both are using controllers.

Yeah, the high end PCs can do amazing things etc. You can customize and use/make mods, which is great for the people that want to do it. But if that were the be all/end all for games, why are so many PC games also on consoles? Even Overwatch from Blizzard just came out saying that it will be available for PS4 and XBox One in addition to PC, though it had up to yesterday only been known as a PC game. And frankly, graphics at this point are over rated in terms of the affects it has on enjoying gameplay. Look at how many games, like Birth of Isaac, Spelunky, Super Meatboy, and other games have come out with really old graphics on all platforms, and still saw success. Hell, just look at Minecraft. It is one of the most successful games ever, and has crap graphics. People play consoles because they don't want the hassle of PCs, of upgrades, and making sure that everything is compatible, and up to date etc. They play them because they are plug and play. I don't ever have to check to see if my PS4 has the required specs for the game, I can just pop the game in, and I am off. Reason why games are released on console is because money farming
Just curious, if it is about money farming, why are there console only exclusives that have never been ported or moved to the PC or even originated on the PC?
In saying that, One Eyed King is absolutely right. I started gaming on a PC and I will be returning to PC gaming once my computer has been repaired. However, the appeal of a console is the plug in and play aspect. Just turn it on and away I go.
PC you have to turn on, log in, log in to steam, oh wait windows updated and is now forcing a restart. Restart, go back in.
PC gaming does haves its merit, and I do like gaming on my PC, but if I want to just chill out and relax, I prefer my console over my PC.

You also still use windows?? Get the steam OS man dual boot if you have enough space
Yes I log out of Steam, and I also log out of Battle.net. It is my own personal preference as I constantly change my password for both. Have had many problems in the past where my accounts have been hacked and I have had my WoW account banned multiple times because of hackers using bots on my account.
On the plus side, the botter did purchase WoD on my account so I got the expansion for free.

So you are using extrnal methods for cooling, neglect the blue ray drive and I saw the specs, those internal graphics are not even on par with the PS4.
Yes you made a cheap computer, however it is not better than the PS4 as all those external components you are using are already built in. The challenge was to create a computer that is superior to the PS4 for the same price.

Not even trolling, a blu ray player is part of the specs for the PS4. Also, as I said twice before, you do not have internal cooling or a graphics card that is on par with the PS4. Yes I understand people download games as well, so where is the wifi adapater? The PS4 has the ability to use wifi, so it is part of the specs.
And they are not that rare, you can still get one. Your build is not even on par with the PS4, yet you claim you can make one for $350 that is superior.

I never said "Its my build" I got it from a YouTube vid I just linked to you that you apparently didn't watch or go in depth with. What's Ethernet??
Why should I waste my mobile data watching a pointless video about a build that is not on par with the PS4 as you have promised to deliver.
Ethernet refers to cable and plug in which you use to connect a device directly to the router/modem. It gives you better internet access than wifi. The PS4 has both Wifi and an ethernet. Now stop being a troll and show me if you can actually do this or not, your procrastination and lack of understanding specs is starting to irritate me.

Hunting is fun here in NZ, got wild boar, deer and duck hunting all within a 30min drive of where I live. Not to mention that deers are considered a pest so as long as my hunting permit is current, I can go hunt deer anytime I want. Mind you I need to have time off work and a babysitter.
Also I drive about 2 hours and I am at the coast for surfing and boating, 30 minutes to the nearest lake for fishing and again boating, an hour from the mountain so I can go snowboarding in the winter
