I would like to get a skin like that.
Who wouldn't want a pumpkin skin.
The challenge would be easy.
31 kills, 31 joined battles doesn't matter if you win or lose and lastly 31 hacks.
Wouldn't mind to have a mass driver that shoots orange pumpkins out of it and only doing splash damage.

I always thought stuff like this would be fun if memory weren't an issue. Much like if you held down a point and got so many kills you could get a Gandolf hat because "you shall not pass".  |

Screw the lore. Let Dust be Dust. Probably but it needs to have stripes as well.
Giving it a bright orange color with bright orange eyes and on the top of the head = green.
The skin would look amazing on Heavies LOLOLOLOL Heavy dropsuits with pumpkin skin = OMG

I don't feel comfortable adding anything to the game that wouldn't tie in with lore in some way.
