Yes It was intentional it was a halloween theme track and the music when loud sounds sketchy and distorted as intended by the creator of the tracks.
I have a few other versions with different halloween songs as well I just might upload them tomorrow.

I think it is only salvagable out of boxes and non tradable as well making it pretty rare.

Just a little tip i picked up over the last few months of opening free boxes from salvaging keys.
Instead of opening 1 at a time solo, save up 20 or 30 keys then open them 10 at once.
Sounds time consuming but I have noticed I get 2 - 3 x more skins out of the boxes than if I was to open lets say 30 solo.
You wont really notice it if you just open 10 at once you need to have 20 or 30 then open them 10 at once.
From now on though I will be saving my keys until I hit at least 30 then opening 10 at a time.
