Please no fighting in this thread. Playful bickering is fine but please just remember that there will be a lot of different people in here and all of you will have different opinions. If you are mad and feel the need to express it please remember to do it elsewhere . 5. Please have a look at some of my other posts on the front page of this thread. You should be less confused after reading them. A bit about what I want and what I'm doing. This thread was made for two reasons. The first being to give the dust community something else to do other then play this game and complain all day. The second is because I am looking to get my hands on some rather hard to get items and want to see if anyone was up to the task of help me to acquire them. This thread will be pulling double duty so that I may do both things at once. Prize tier's and how to unlock them. The top prize for a lottery will be given out at the end of the month if 50% of the tickets are sold. The second tier of prizes will be given out at the end of the month if 75% of the tickets are sold. The third and final tier will be unlocked and given out at the end of the month if 100% of the tickets are sold. The winning prizes for this month. Back to the Basic's set which include: Imperial Dominus Sentinel State Rasetsu Assault Federation Serpent Scout Republic Shaman Logistics Plus Skin's Kador Am-H Skin Legacy Ca-M Skin Quafe Ga-L Skin Thukker Mn-M skin Canceled lottery's If 50% of the tickets do not sell by the end of the month the lottery will be canceled and all tickets that have not been forfeited will be refunded. How prizes are distributed and winners are picked. Prizes for previous lottery will be given out on the first of the next month. Winners will be picked at the end of every month a lottery is held. I will generate a random number between 1 & 250. Whatever numbers the random generator picks is who will become the winner. There will be a chance for three prizes to be won every month provided that all tier's are unlocked. Who is not allowed participate and why. People on my black list and their corp mates will not be allowed to participate in any of my lottery's. If you would like to let your corp mates participate in my lottery's, there are one of two things you can do. The first being you can pay a flat fee of 100m. The second is to simply remove that mercenary from corp. If it is found that you re-invited said merc back into corp then all member until they leave your corp will be blocked from participating in any future events that I may hold. Corporation that are not allowed to participate in the current event. There will be a total of 250 tickets sold during this lottery session. Buying tickets is not the only way to obtain tickets. It is merely the fastest way of getting the ticket number you want. Tickets acquired by others means will not have the choice of picking which number they get. The price of tickets are listed as followed. A mercenary may purchase a max of two tickets at the cost of 5m each. A corporations may purchase a max of three tickets at the cost of 10m each. Corporations ticket buys must be purchase by the corporation leader. Isk transfers will need to read as from so and so corp wallet. Twelve's Lottery spreed sheet. When this thread is on-line I will try and update all tickets that have been sold within 30 minutes of that ticket being sold. If the thread is off-line tickets sold will be updated in 24 hours or whenever I get online next. Please keep in mind that I am a person and that stuff does sometimes happen on my end. I need to get an up to date guild of what to do before excepting people for this. Staff Recruiter promotions Simply put I wish to get my hands on the Staff Recruiter items. This the easiest and most interesting ways I could think of doing so. There are pretty much no restrictions on who can participate in this. Know that if you do sign up for this that I have a lot of way of checking who has actually put the work and time into this. Know that no items will be given out without two forms of verification being checked first. The first proof I will need is of the mercenary wp gain. This can be done by simply giving me the name of the mercenary you sign up for this promotion. This is how the gray list works. Your name is added to this list for small infractions such as trolling people, advertising without permission, quoting things on the first page, etc. While on this list you will be automatically excluded from doing business with me in my trading thread and will be blocked from participating in any on going events or promotions. Any tickets you may have bought for the current event will be forfeited / not refunded. Once your name is removed from the Gary list you are welcome to buy more tickets if you choose. Your name can be removed from the gray list in one day if you have no other infractions (x) next to your name. If you have infractions then they must first be removed before your name can be removed from the gray list. For every infraction plus your name you will have to wait a day before your name will be removed. Getting more then seven infractions by your name will land you on my black list. Example of what this will look like. Joe Dirt (xx) infraction. Joe will have to wait three days before his name can be removed.
