Mints (minmatar sentinel) but you will need to spend some exps to forge first to max the dmg.
Another thingie is iam for sweetspot (nothing sexual here, just take a proper look on back side of vehicles where you doing 200+ proc dmg) boyko XD

Yep, min is the best for forge gunning.
I mean I use Amarr for forge gunning with the knowledge that it is not the best because I am very racially loyal and only fit my suits with that race's gear. So naturally on my Amarr Sent alt I use a Scp with a Forge (since no Amarr Heavy weapon, but Caldari are allies of Amarr.)
