I hate those people, it seems every time I get put on a team while soloing I have to carry the entire team on my back.

Issue there is - even if we will make bonus to underdog team, are we sure they will fight?

The only thing you could do to make anyone suffer is typing in English.
People are more likely to stay against a 16 man q-sync if they have a 16 man q-sync as well, because it's balanced. Any good 16 organized players will vs. randomes will never be balanced the idea is simply asinine.
