Good on me. It now hurts to turn my neck or lift my right arm. Im heading to sleep. Cant do crap today. Since i still dont have enough cash to buy a capture card im probaly gonna record crap via the share button on the ps4. Fallout 4 comes out soon and im probally gonna nolife that for a while.(maybe a lets play on that?)
recovered a file from the ps4 while doing some storage cleaning.

Been there. Technically still there. It sucks. For me heat pack helps and stretching neck/arm so it doesn't get stiff. If you're going to sleep keep you're head & shoulders elevated FSR that angle helps my neck pain. What happened?
Get better.
If i can't get a good KDR, i need a good W/L ratio & average WP ratio

Im ashamed to admit it. But i got up this morning and messed up a tendon in my neck while doing a simple morning stretch. The irony. Kinda pathetic no?
I mean ive got loads of old scars,wicked ugly scars.
Most of them heavy bleeding wounds that i shrugged off.
Ive walked 2 miles home on a busted knee when my bike broke while i was going to the library. Ive had nails embedded into my feet while working in construction,ive had twin ingrown toenails that lasted for several months that i dug out myself. Ive burned myself,cut my self,even lost a chunk of my thumb because of some punk slamming a door on my thumb.(which is why i misspell stuff on my phone) ive got sword/knife cuts that look like someone tried to cut off my hands. For pete's sake i even have a little mini scar on my wrist where i had a wart when i was 7 years old and had cut off myself not knowing what it was.
TL:DR i get hurt alot and its nasty but i never have i hurt my self by stretching my arms while taking a dump. Havent finished laughing at my patheticness yet gotta go and laugh some more.

O.O Wow. I'm thinking it may have been already irritated? and the stretch was the final straw. You sound like me, i get messed up all the time but i have a undersensetive to pain cause of my autism which ATM I'm REALLY grateful for.
Because of swelling due to fibromialgia my joints like my shoulders kness hips will pop out of joint and i have had to pop it back in myself
When i had my last concussion didn't know then, my vertebra at the base of my neck is almost fused to the base of my skull, another vertebra is twisted in my neck which is still twisted
Got another twisted vertebra in my back and something in my hips or lower back that putting pressure on a nerve from overwork that causes extreme shooting pain in my legs & feet + numbness, numbness causes me to fall and smack into crap which doesn't help my pain lol
Anyway, laughter is the best medicine.

Feel much better now,slept for a few hours,walked around,played a game or two. Sounds like you got nasty it bro. I got residue from the roofing work i do stuck in my system. I have some minor issues but other than that mother nature knew i was accident prone and granted me complete immunity to sickness,drugs( any pain meds are just skittles to me unless i take a ton) and a fast rate of healing. At least i got that working for me. That back thing sounds wicked bad. My friend had some surgery for her bad back and dayum it sucked for her,you couldnt even hug her without it hurting her. Something about a rod in her back.
