Not going to reach 514 kills. There's no way i cant complete with everyone else stupid of me to think i could especially with a late start. And having to relog every third game or so makes it seem more like a chore then a fun event. Ran a small squad earlier and everyone is having fun/done the event already. I don't know.
If i can't get a good KDR, i need a good W/L ratio & average WP ratio

OMG YES!
So here's the thing. I'm working on a small project for EVE Online, and have to write the internal documentation, step by step guide, the whole thing. And the documentation starts with a picture of Shia. And it just goes on and on, pictures, gifs and a link to the original video...I fully expected having to remove all of that when I first showed the documentation to my manager. Their only comment on it was "hey, it's your project, have as much Shia there as you want" XD

events are supposed to be difficult. Other wise they would just hand out rewards via newsletter and give everyone a participants medal.
If you don't have the time to accomplish the goals, sure it's a pity, but handing out rewards for no effort means nobody has to even try.
warthunder has events where it's get 50 air kills in 3 days of RB to unlock a specific premium (aurum) aircraft. given that the average kill is (anecdotally ) 0.5 kills per 10 -20 minute game you can imagine how hard it is to finish those events.
ccp do make bad event choices from time to time but this ain't it.

Hardly that. More a combination of practice, good opportunities, and a reckless disregard for safety.
There are much better players out there who I'd really like to see try their 'hand' at a melee suit.

Thanks guys. I don't play Dom unless its requested. Always been Skirm/bush type. I don't think ive completed an event yet that's why i get frustrated, like now.

I got it last night and I only played a couple of hours...(I'm very good at grinding) but logged on today messed around in pubs and now I'm back to next gen/PC till something cool happens in dust..(PC has been dead and all that's left is pubs and I hate pubs soo I'll wait for another war)

Here's what you could do to hopefully improve your GP experience:
- remove all unused contacts and chat channels
- adjust your router settings to optimize performance - proper router settings
- disable trophies in your PlayStation Network setting - Trophy Collection> Press Triangle> Set to Offline mode
Can't think of more right now, and I don't even want to mention reinstalling, because I know most people don't like that.

i have 189 kills as of last night. can only play 3 hours after downtime.
and i am not quitting till the last seconds of the event.

It's been a track record - if you work solely on Dust, your job is in jeopardy. But if you also work on EvE, you're much more likely to stick around, lol. |

Don't give up! I'm on 326/514 and I've ran 90% solo. I have ran some CFW and MFW in organized squads, so that helped a little, but MFW is the epitome of an uphill battle, and CFW has gotten tougher since the Gal buff.
I need 63 kills today, tomorrow, and Wednesday. I work all night shifts this week, so I'll be on late if you want to squad up and give it the old college try.

Can't say I agree or not, but Eve isn't the game running on a minimum Dev team.. So I can see why one would wonder why our (Dust) Dev/GM time is spent on Eve projects, when the players here are literally crying out for content/interaction.
You'll get comments like this, ignore them just remember.. the bitter replies have been well earned by your boss

Thanks, im still under 100 kills though. I was just being moody/depressed like how i usually get when im frustrated. I have 3 days to get 400+ kills. I just gotta believe, now that im actually trying to slay I am improving. Also lag is a lot less since i turn off my other gear before playing. Determinator is back, after an hour resting ATM.
