We ran into a booster a couple hours ago. I messaged both of them just saying "shame" and the person getting killed actually answered me back with "Sorry, I was just helping a friend". I can only be so mad at boosters considering that for lower SP people who only have weekends to play 514 kills is pretty hardcore.

Yes, 514 kills is hardcore for casual players, but there's such a thing as moral fibre and these guys have none. I ran into a small group doing this myself today, two blues and a red, camping a blue uplink. Before I had a chance to figure out what was going on, I'd killed the red, whereupon the blues actually started shooting me, no doubt telling me to get lost. Next thing I knew, the red had reappeared from a red uplink nearby and blew me away with a shotgun. Silly me I just stood there in disbelief at what I was seeing. I'd never seen it before but remembered reading about it.

I think the whole practice is really sad and pathetic. What losers.

I saw someone on here yesterday who posted an image of a booster with 200 kills - this is the highest count I've seen for a single match. I'll try and dig out the post.

I totally agree but I feel like this is why the event should have been setup to cover 2 weekends. I think a lot of those boosters are freaking out that they will not be able to hit it as oppose to actually playing the game.

Got in all sort of trouble when I reported the whole thing with screenshots (one of the dudes threatened to sell my RL information xD) but I remember during my participation I ranked 16th place on my team.
