I've spoken to regulars in pub channels and redeemed several myself since posting on no one has received one yet whereas befor ehand i'd have at least 1 or 2 a week Please fix my C-II hitpoints!! "Weak?" It's got the highest alpha damage of them all It's the quintessential "one round, one down" sniper rifle...
