I get it, the regular assault rifle needed a buff so they gave GalAssault a 15% RoF bonus, the only problem is that it was to all Assault rifles.
The Breach Assault rifle was already good without the 15% RoF, now it's stupid that a Heavy is getting melted by breach Ar's left and right like nothing ever before.
In my opinion the breach AR needs to be toned down.
You buffed the regular AR and the breach simultaneously. The breach was already > than the regular AR. The Breach is still > the regular AR. Nothing has changed. Instead of using the regular assault rifles like CCP has intended, everybody still using the breach. Times haven't changed, the only thing changed is that now the Breach AR is OP.
Also, I would just like to add that there are gallante assault users out there that will pay more for a experimental breach AR than they would for an officer. |

seriously? I hardly even see them in the kill feed. Only one out of twenty suits gets the bonus.
I get killed five times more often by ahmg's than all ar's combined. Kinda makes me sad I still see so many galass still running arr tho.

What game are you playing bruh? Every match I'm in is dominated by majority by Gal Assaults with breach AR's. AHMG looks like a pea shooter infront of a Gall Assault with BAR. |

I dunno. Assult hmg is a amour based weapon and breach assult rifle is a sheuld based weapon. And considering how overperforming armour based weapons are to sheilds(cough cough assult rail rifles fegs). I think id rather have a simple assult hmg over the huge chunk of sp i have in gal aasults and aasult rifles.

Your logic is flawed. If one thing has a considerable advantage that makes it better than a good majority of things then that thing should be "adjusted" to fit with the crowd.

My thoughts about the Gal Assault bonus so far:
Breach is neat (not as good as the OP thinks but definately usable now and doesnt make you feel like "**** it Im going to switch to combat rifle because that guy who just killed me should be dead")
Basic - this version is goofy now, its definitely better but the increased rate of fire actually makes it significantly more difficult to control, might still not be good enough to compete with other rifles considering this drawback, but is more competitive now at least
Burst - this one is a little odd, Im not used to using burst weapons these days so I wont comment
Tactical - have not used yet with the bonus |

a creo breach on gal assault will still get outgunned by an ARR on pretty much any other suit.
yeah its powerful but the range is p**s poor so just gets out gunned and out ranged by pretty much everything

I like the RoF bonus, and I have been seeing breach AR being used on gal assault a bit more than usual. I've started using the assault scrambler on my gal assault tho, man that is really good. |

Probably because 10 shots per second (the pre-buff limit) is already at or beyond the finger speed of the vast majority of people, so the extra speed doesnt give you any benefit. |

I'm not a fotm chaser, but I do have fits equipped with a tac AR. It's pretty situation specific though. Great gun in the right place at the right time. |
