features like:
1) ability to get to the threads i am commenting in quick, currently have go to a thread that i KNOW i posted in, click on my username to get my posts/likes/blah info then click on my posts icon to get to a semi decent list of the threads.
2) pm's would be hot
3) the receive notifications box on the bottom doesn't seem to do anything.... would help if i am waiting an answer to a question or trying to help someone out with their issues of the game etc

4) a poll system. the like thing is nice but it doesnt reflect how many people might be against ideas. so people can throw up polls in the threads so we/ccp can gauge truly how popular or un popular ideas are rather then the vocal minority. |

Yeah, these forums a pretty feature-light compared to the fan forums I spend most of my forum-time on.
Everything you mentioned would be an improvement on what we have now!

I would like to be able to look at all posts made by a person, view their profiles, etc. The big thing is that I would like to know when someone responds to one of my posts or comments on a thread I started. Maybe an extra "!" if it was a DEV or GM.
These forums are VERY bare-bones and it would be really nice to add a feature or two. |

Hi guys! The forum will look like EVE one soon. We'll take in consideration your suggestions but I can almost assure that we will not enable PM. It will be kinda messy to moderate without invading your privacy  .

can't really ask for more than that right now lol
when dust forums catch up to eve, I think then we can ask for more features but I suspect we'll be sharing eve's forum software? and thus when they get new features, so will we. |

I actually love this forum. It looks great and works well. The one problem I have is how the box that you're typing your post in constantly moves up and down whenever it saves a draft and says "Draft saved17:34:03". It's really irritating |

Not sure if you play eve/if you posted on the eve forums but....
It seems the dust forums are basically the same inside as the eve forums. And the new eve forums (the current model you're looking at) had a problem of eating posts. So you type that well thought out 5000 word reply, hit post, and then look for something to punch.
This is preferred, though the eve forums have a nice little overlay that pops up. |

cept the draft saved box is on the bottom inside the text box, once upon a time eve online forums where so horrid that you'd type this amzaingly long post of awsome and it forget what you typed entirely. |
