As you see I'm signed in but i can not redeem any free item. I think there is a problem because of me having, have had so many characters and deleting them. Sometime when I sidn in it says Dugge Dug which is a terminated player my only character now is Prince Dug. When I try to redeem free items now Dugge Dug pops up and says i have to sign up for the newsletter. But I've always had the same psn with the email address [email protected]. If there is something I need to do could someone please help me? |

any account created after the day a newsletter was released will not be able to claim said newsletter items
only accounts created before the newsletter was sent out can claim them
only 1 set of items per account can be claimed and they can only be applied to one character on that account
using the same email for a new account voids your claim right (if i remember correctly)
you probably made the account in question recently therefore you wont be able to claim any items unless a new newsletter comes out then you will be able to claim said newsletters items but not old newsletters
I think you may in fact actually be trying to redeem them on an alt on the same account if this is the case then you will not be able to do so as you have already claimed the items
if you haven't claimed the items for a different character then you may not have singed up for the newsletter which you have to do in order to claim them

I say again, I have been through man characters using the same psn. But Prince Dug is the ONLY CHARACTER ON THIS PSN.
I have 23,459,262 life time SP 1,249,723 life time WP 7,165 Kills and 11,719 Deaths if you want to say I just make this character
then ok. But please next time ask a question or two before you assume things or misunderstnad them. But again I say Dugge D

You just answered your question. You already redeemed the items with a character on your account. Deleting that character does not enable you to redeem items again.

FFS YOU DON'T HAVE TO PRESS ENTER EVERY TIME YOU GO NEAR THE RIGHT EDGE IT PUTS YOU INTO THE NEXT ROW AUTOMATICALLY.
