.....also, consider the fact that dust was even put into the new eve page.
The way I see it, while its still on PS3 and stuff, the fact that they put dust on there kinda gives, at least me, a hint that dust will still live.
For now, all we have to do is wait guys. Thats all. Hopefully dust will be ported to P*cough* C*cough* MAC. That way I can play.

In all my years of playing Dust, I've only met a handful who I actually believed were cheating.
All these cheaters must hate PC for some reason.

You can only properly use your hacks on cracked games and even then it's fairly rare

Also, I'm pretty sure CCP GMs would be paying more attention in the case of a PC version and that having months of character progress biomassed would scare off many would-be cheaters

Isn't it safe to assume the hacking/cheating monitoring systems are more capable on the PC? I am speaking from no experience other than long PC history. Hackers usually get taken care of in the bigger titles. |

Sounds better than "A few land and air vehicles". Arg reminds me of the scrapped fighter bikes and jets. |

You realize Mac accounts for less than 5% of the computer market... It would be about the same as porting it to a single tiny country. |

I guess, technically, there are dozens of minor database variations of the six playable vehicles
eight if you consider assault dropships to be unique enough |

Consoles are no less hackable than the PC.

That and being on the PC means taking away the middleman (PlayStation Network) which means being more connected to the Tranquility Live Server which means Big Brother will be looking at you more while you sleep.

This lag switch myth needs to die. You can't lag switch a dedicated server game. Bad connections do have some impact on Dust, but they're nowhere near as detrimental as a lag switch would be.
EDIT: I can give you a quick run down of how they work if you like.

Yes but GMs are way more onto in the PC gaming universe, otherwise CS:GO will be nothing but Wall Hackers and Aimbots. LoL would be filled with hacks and cheats, killing it as an esport. WoW would be unplayable. Warframe would be flooded with cheap **** and PvP would be pointless.
Yes, it is easier to code hacks and cheats and mods on a PC, but GMs and Server Mods are a bit more onto it. Hell, I was a mod of a mincraft server once and I spent most my time banning hackers who used mods to get diamonds and ungodly enchants.
