Measure how many seconds it takes to spawn?
I've got level three in amarr logistics suits and use only the adv flux uplinks.(grinding for level four amarr logi and level five uplinks next week) I really never know. Sometimes when my teammates are respawning I wonder how long I made em wait.
On a side note can I have like a simple little icon that shows how many drop uplinks/nanohives/remote explosives I have deployed? Just like maybe alittle green dot or a small number?

10 second base timer
mlt adds 50% making it 15 seconds
8% links are 11 seconds
amarr bonus reduces the base of total I believe
-45% removes it off the base of 10 making it closer to 5 seconds
if you don't get terminated the timer goes down to 3 seconds regardless of spawn timer

Khanid Logi and Tanker, sometimes AV Heavy or Sniper.

I'm a mid level amarr logi. Also this chart is handuy. But I usually die to mass driver spam so I guess people will have to make due with a n11 flux only.

I mainly run advanced amarr logi with R-9 links and no one complains. Plus amarr get bonus spawns if the link survives that long. In skirm I throw links by whatever point I'm at, if we move I'll throw another. Same for hives, but if the squad needs ammo they go down fast, nades eat them up. Or any explosive weapon for that matter. Your idea is cool but won't happen, good idea though.

Got the Pro amarr logi. You'll notice a big difference at the proto level in terms of both timers and WPs. Blues always select the shortest spawn time, and once you have the amarr logi to 5, you can still run the adv logi with viziam flux uplinks. 3 second timer.
Advanced is decent but doesnt really cut it.

OR
I run ADV with N+Flux+xhives and fit the rest like a scout and run around with a shotgun fast. Yea I die, but it is fun and just respawn and get the bonus back.

note that if you are dead the bonus does not apply you have to be on the field for it to count, or at least I've heard that this is the case

Regular spawn time is 10 seconds.
If an uplink has a 48%+ modifier, it will round up to a 15 second link. if it has -20% it should be 8 seconds.
If an uplink is 48%+ and your bonus gives you like -20%, then the total will be +28% increase which will be 13 seconds.
You need to be alive on the field in your Amarr logi when someone goes to the over head to spawn in for your bonus to effect your links.
