all players on the same team get placed in a 16 man squad including smaller squads which would work independently of each other and the main squad
highest loyalty rank player gains priority as team leader
all stats are shared making passive scout scanning more viable
all intel counts towards intel kill assists and is shared by all informants (anyone that had vision of the target and was relaying that to the team trough passive and or active means
cloaks keeps you hidden from anyone that doesn't have the necessary scan precision to see you, you light up to enemies that do but dont show up on the shared intel making dampening and cloaks more viable in shared team scans environment, similarly only the player using the active scanner can detect you and those that have the scan precision while the rest of the team does not get the intel
cloaks keep you from being seen by the whole team
passive and active scans are shared with the whole team and gain intel rewards
dampening becomes more viable on scouts with cloaks, don't use a cloak and everyone will see you if just a single person has the db and is close enough to pick you up, while a clock will keep you hidden from this
no chevrons show up with passive scans when shared with team they only show up on the mini map, active scans show up on both the mini map and with chevrons
warning signal on mini map, green light if all clear, yellow if there is someone or something near by that the radar cant actively pick up, red light when enemy in sight directly in vision and or picked up by passive scans
mini map idea 4th ring that covers full minimap and scans for double and a half (2.5) the base scan precision, scout ak.0 level 5 would scan at 45db with two complex precision mods close to the equivalent of basic active scanners without a bonus
cal scout would scan at 50db with stacked complex precision mods, most other suits would not have great scans but this should be just enough to scan vehicles from a far as well as some undamped heavies while not being able to scan things like scouts and most medium frames except maybe logis and that would only be by an amarr scout as it has the best scans in the game while no other scout or any suit should be able to come close to it
