How to destroy LAV/HAV with NN without die?
I was trying several times but always die due to vehicle explosion. I run minimatar scout 270/87 HP.

Damage is dependent on proximity to explosion.
You have to get really good at swiping it at max range while backpedaling so you don't get insta popped.

Try a ferroscale plate in the lows.
My Min fit is generally 3 shield extenders, NN, smg, cloak, 2 damps and a kin cat.
You can put a ferro plate instead of the knincat, but you have rely on your base speed. You'll have enough health to survive a blast, but i wouldn't recomend it vs troops.

I run the same fit except 2shields and one precision in high. I hate to be scanned but sometimes I use permanent scan like crazy 
Ferrosclae is good for galante not for minimatour. Maybe I try NN on galante I have over 350 HP armour.
