Wh.re your corp out. Get people to pay you to use your CP to raid.
Edit: Or approach one of the top corps and ask for money to use your CP for training purposes.

25 million for any corp that can field 15.
20 million for locking / training.
The only voice for a port is the voice of reason from money drying up.
More skins and 1% damage to keep Dust on PS3.

Attack cap, that's what all the "not real" corps do when they have enough cp.(command points, not child pornography)
