One shots most suits and magsec is sooooo good. Lots of headshots with the magsec. The grenade is good when dealing with heavies and others. Trade one Complex rep for one Complex Cardio ( which were greatly improved ). Trust me that you will be able to utilize those 2 kincats more effectively when you actually have the stamina pool to do so. Gallente just don't have the base stamina. Try it out. FORGE/FLAYLOCK/FISTS PLASMA/PISTOL/PUNCH ALL OF YOU PUNKS GET HUMILIATED AFTER LUNCH!

And there is the dispersion bonus. All Shots hit making it a ohk weapon for a lot of suits. You rely too much on shields and can't use damage mods. But you dk get the dispersion bonus on them which is good because you are more likely to one shot a suit with the breach because all shots hit. Which is why it's better on Gallente. With stacking penalties it would only be adding about another 2% damage. That might be enough to tip things over the edge as far as damage goes, but it might also be a waste. Up to you to decide, putting a shield extender or myo stimulant in that slot might be good replacements though.

Its also not that bad on gallente scout. I've run two extenders and a shield delay reduction module on gal assault before to pleasant results. You say Myo are for scrubs, but its not like you'd be using three of them, one is enough to gain some jump ability to make getting around a bit easier. Precision enhancer isnt a bad idea either.
