How is it performing now? I've seen several posts in regards to the new gal/cal bonuses but no one has yet covered SCR :(
Is it broke? :(

I overheated more often with my lvl5 Amarr Assault suit (up from "once in a blue moon"). I haven't tried it on any suit with no bonus, but my gut tells me it's not even worth running on anything other than Amarr suits.
Then again, perhaps my itchy trigger finger hasn't adjusted to the thing yet, and heat'll not be an issue. I've not enough time with it yet...
Anyway, a match of using the Scrambler Rifle was enough for me, and I've made an Amarr Assault fit with two Scrambler Pistols, instead.
[Edit] Just played around with the SCR for another battle and... Yeah... I don't think I'll be using it much, anymore. ASCR/Pistolas or bust.

I feel like it is not too bad over all. I feel like outside of the Amarr assault or commando it is pretty much an absolute no charge shots allowed scenario.
I think the Amarr commando should receive a 2% bonus per level to cool down speed. It is just not great at its suppose to be role with this change. Following up with any type of second charge shot is going to pop it in your face.
EDIT: The ScP on the other hand feels wonderful. It is almost worth the ScR nerf just to have my first love back.
The only voice for a port is the voice of reason from money drying up.
More skins and 1% damage to keep Dust on PS3.

Its still good but its been toned down a bit. Its not clearly the best 1v1 strafe duel light weapon anymore (SG doesn't count) which is a good thing but it'll **** you up if you dont respect it because the gun damn sure doesn't suck.
Every light weapon (rifle) is deadly now.

How many after fully charged charge shot? Because if you can't follow up with enough to get rid of the the remaining armor at long range , it is broke

Ive been using my quafe fitting and not my proto fitting if thats anything to look into.
Edit. I never charge in 1v1 or 2 fights. So I never charge then spam shots so im just going for pure r1 mashing.
