im sick of swarms and plasma cannons screwing up my tank ,i run proto every thing on my tank and im sick of losing so fast ppl say tanks are to op but thats not the truth thats because they run into them amd diefast because thats how tanks are suppose to be their suppose to be strong not weak it should take 3 ppl to blow a tank up it makes the tank have reason if there is three ppl trying to blow up a tank they are suppose to be op not weak ,if tanks are that easy to blow up there is no point to have them ,look at it like this heavy vs a medium or a light the heavy is suppose to stand a good fight not instantly getting wreked like tanks do,so it would be nice if avs could get nurfed 20% so i can actually use my tank |

All I have to say is git gud.
I have a basic tank with basic mods and I don't get wrecked by AV that often. I am not the best tanker but I know when to go in, beging my retreat and activate my hardners to survive longer.
Also if you are dying quickly now after the hotfix, they are more than likely hitting your sweetspot which comes down to pilot error and the skills of the av user.
Also everything has a counter. Remember that.

 scrub, please. If you need av nerfed 20% to survive in a pro tank you need to find a new profession.

I just knifed one to death. WTF, CCP. There just knife. Metal blades. Tank have thick armour that knife should not perforate. Either nerf knife or buff tank.

Scrubs are idiots, some experiences I have had over my 2+ years playing this game:

Scrub: Omg getting run over by car is OP nerf it scrub tactics
Me: You stood in the middle of the road, either get run over or get out the way!

Scrub: Sentinel OP, nerf! HEAVY SCRUB TACTICS!
Me: You thought you could run straight at me in a scout suit with a shotgun. You literally walked into my bullets.
The list goes on like that.
Edit: The saddest part is that these scrubs eventually got their way (LAV eHP reduced, HMG nerfs etc.)

Nova knives do not use the metal parts for cutting, they use the super-nova-hot heated edge in the gravitron containment field to do that.
That's why they hit out at 2.5 meters, basically each one is an eight foot long invisible sword of annihilation.

Tanks are fine, I can survive a full 4 man team running AV and shooting me.(while hiding my crit spot)
I hawe 37 mill in wehicles,and I can make the best fits 4 tanks,and I know what Im talking about.
If anything is op its the goddam instalations with 15k hp 
You yust need to get god or respec out of wehicles.
Oh and missles should get a blast radius buf..

I know someone who has 57 mill invested in tanks lavs and dropships even he has the same issue so i know your lieing or over exaggerating |

True cuz i use a militia and iv wrecked a few proto tanks with my tank. If i had a proto tank id wreck things faster and have a little higher longevity but not much.

This is a properly simulated tank.
This is a **** poor attempt armored warfare.
NB: I've nothing against Kirk's videos in fact they're my favorite out there but it just high lights how goddamn stupid HAV gameplay is in Dust.

Seriously. Just because you put Complex modules on a vehicle doesn't mean you're also using the right ones.

Actually I do, I've been a gunni missile tanker since 1.2. I haven't skilled into pro tanks yet but my adv gunni is more than capable of surviving multiple av. Honestly I font even want pro tanks, my adv is good enough and at a decent price. My OP stands, you may want to find a new profession.
