it still is pretty useless with its small blast radius. The M-8 packed is great for guys that have a good throw; it deals 900 damage....
vanilla RR is still useless at hipfire. It is so stupid why they gave that gun and that gun alone terrible hipfire recoil. CCP have no idea

RR Op has a kick reduction bonus and then the Calass now has it... so it's pretty much a 10% kick bonus for each level...

so according to your logic, the combat rifle, burst and tactical assault rifle, scrambler and assault scrambler rifles should all be used for long range because they have a scope? Also meaning they too should get a TERRIBLE hipfire kick just like the vanilla RR for no reason??

I didn't say it was. The RR Operation's bonus is a 5% kick Reduction. Along with the Calass now which is another 5%.

Them adding a recoil reduction still doesn't make the RR a hipfire weapon which all guns should at least have the ability to regardless of dispersion. They added a kick to it making it the worst weapon to use in hipfire situations. There was no need for a hipfire kick so RIDICULOUSLY high!

Meh with the ARR I have noticed very little kick and i'm happy. Now as for the rail rifle I haven't used it much but I have noticed slightly less kick...

Yes, it was buffed but it is still complete crap. The damage seems to be brought in line with the rest of the grenades but I believe the blast radius is still the same.
The problem with the Thukker Grenade is that you can only hold one at a time (all other grenades you can hold two) and the CPU/PG requirement for the Thukker Grenade is 72/12; CPU/PG requirement for the Core Locus Grenade is 48/6. |

Thukker's are much better now except for the fact that the CPU/PG requirements are REDICULOUSLY INSANE for 1 grenade..
Very usefull grenade to use, in fact I just used them in 1 match and got 2 pretty nice kills before I D/C'd unfortunately.
What I try to do is set up a couple of Nanohives in the area I am defending, so I can keep reloading the 1 nade.

In the future Lightening... just check it out before bugging out on CCP
