I've been seeing a lot more dual tanked Caldari Assaults than usual. Buncha scrubby McScrubfaced jerkoffs, the lot of 'em.
Armour ought to have shield penalties, and shields ought to have armout penalties. Preferably 25 to life. Or death.

Some good. Some bad. Too early to offer detailed feedback, but I will say that fights are tending to favor tanky Gal and Cal Assaults.

Amarr is in the conversation too. Seen a lot of them today, actually. The difference is, now players are testing out the AR on Gal Assaults. Amarrs still have plenty of fire power. The only race that has been nerfed to the ground is Min Assault. There's no clear advantage to a Min Assault. It used to be their speed and fast regen. Now they are mediocre at everything.
