With this new hotfix. Particularly gunnies.
I suspect it's still not enough to bring them in line with maddies. Should work well against enemy AV if you fit it right. (IE, no more than one reg!) |

I went to test it this morning
I made a troll fit with two complex regs and 3 basic hardeners, and wagged my tank's ass at a rooftop forge gunner for a good 3 minutes without shooting back at him
with just one hardener up, cycling through them indefinitely, I regened about 200-400 between each shot, and every time he had to reload, all of my shields came back
He eventually ran out of ammo but I finally died when more people joined in to hit the WP pinata
so there's that

From what I experienced, I couldn't tell you much as pussies were redline railing in Cal Tanks.

Rails have been OP on the range. Mil rail tanks always get pulled out when any tanker hits the field. I'd like to see rails nerfed on optimal range to keep the tank game from devolving into redline rail 514.
Really, missiles (which are actually rockets) would travel further than a rail for optimal damage. At least missiles have travel time and a rof hinderance due to having to fire a whole volley.
CCP logic GÇô We fix what doesn't need breaking.
