So CCP did originally have designs and plans for other racial vehicles. Just putting my thoughts out there as to what they could be.
LAVs: Gallente LAVs can hardly be called military vehicles. They have the lowest acceleration and watching them go over rough terrain is like watching a baby with broken hands trying to climb the stairs. However, they have by far the highest top speed. Call the Republic Command. I don't give a ****.
Minmatar are the best all-terrain LAVs. They handle bumpy roads the best and suffer the least damage from rolling and falling. Obviously they have the lowest HP.
Amarr take the "A" part a bit more seriously because they have the highest HP and their shields even protect the occupants! However, they are naturally the slowest LAVs and the shields aren't exceptionally tough.
Caldari should have the best acceleration which combined with the high shield HP makes them ideal a getaway vehicles.

Turrets: Minmatar basically have a modern artillery cannon. But with two barrels because rule of cool. Wide blast radius, decent direct damage. Unlike other turrets the driver does not look through the turret but instead his view lines up horizontally but not vertically with the turret. The driver can rain death onto an enemy stronghold from a far away by effectively calculating angles and distance. The intended purpose is uprooting and causing havok on any enemy fortifications. It could be effectively used as an anti-tank weapon, but it is outclassed by the rocket battery. This has potential to be abused by redliners, but this turret is very difficult to use and if the target is not within the driver's line of sight then he will require a scout to spot for him. Besides, CCP needs to weaken the red line anyway. Also, if combined with this guy's: https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=218210 idea the driver can get the exact turret angle for more precise bombardment.

Psssh Minmatar **** falls apart as soon as it encounters rough terrain.

Turrets: Amarr have heavy beam lasers. Very long range but less damage output than the railgun or blaster. Good rotation speed, but less than the blaster, however they can point almost vertical. They make good long-range anti-infantry weapons, but the intended purpose is an anti-aircraft weapon. It would thake 2 or so bursts to kill a dropship, and would track them easier than the railgun so the presence of just one amarr tank turns the area into a no-fly zone. They are capable as anti-tank weapons, but are underwhelming: Against a blaster at long-range they have slight difficulty and against a railgun or rocket battery they are completely outclassed and the pilot should retreat ASAP.
