You don't stab people with the knife itself, you use the equivalent of a plasma torch to pierce through their armour, which is why you have to charge it up to get more damage, because you are acquiring more plasma. So, it is explained that it can do the exact same thing to a tank. My Boots yearn to crush clones brought to my feet from my Rifle. Tell me where to go to fulfill their request.

So, when Mordu's Legion came along, the Intaki that left renounced their Gallente titles. Therefore, raven is right, a nova knife can rekt a tank. Like instead of the slice and stab animation, they make it so you have to actually get to the tanks weak spot, charge your knives COMPLETELY, and then it starts a new animation that involes you stabbing the tank repeatedly and causing progressively more damage as you start cutting wires and stuff. That whole thing should be like hacking an objective. You can can get shot off the tank, or run out of stamina or something. THAT would make sense. And would honestly, be very rewarding if you kill the tank. :D I'm more bark then bite...sometimes... BRUH

HF FoxFour will simply enhance that aspect. Also, NKs are not run-of-the-mill knives. You should read the item description in-game. Also, it's been established that standing atop the turret of a tank will allow you to avoid the explosion damage from melee'ing or knifing the tank. This guy gets it. All of our weapons supposedly can go quite far, even the Assault Rifle, it is just that in the lord they have a range that they are still able to do damage to our suits. Think of it like this, a .22 can kill a person without protection, but add some metal or something and it stops the round. That's our suits in the game, just with deadlier weapons. But for nova knives, they're basically plasma cutters. If we had the animation resources, it would be cool to use them to carve your way into a vehicle to rip the pilot from his moorings. But I don't see that in the future. Or being able to use myofibs on commandos to rodeo tanks and tear through to the guts. My ONLY reservation about that is the comparative inability of a driver to retaliate against the idiot hugging his turret without running into the redline or instapopping out with an HMG or something equally stupid. WoW has taught me that Purple means Legendary. This means Quafe suits are the optimal loadout for killing all of you.
