sometimes when you aim down sights on uneven terrain your sight starts bouncing all over the place.
What about on the socket where "A" is underneath in a small room and there are these small catwalks either side of it, if you try to fall down a gap underneath the raised section you can walk on to get to the lower level you get stuck and very slowly move down.
The HORRIBLE map with the 2 pipes connecting the MCCs with the objective in the middle. you can get stuck on the side of the staircase there, you'll slowly move down the staircase but can't control it.
Again on the HORRIBLE map with the 2 pipes what's up with the invisible wall on the lefthand side? You can shoot through it but you can't move through it!
I feel like an idiot for paying any money for any part of this game when it isn't finished.
Oh that's it "marketplace currently unavailable" is a glitch I just got today, I had to turn the game off, how the hell can I play DUST if I can't access the marketplace to restock?
There are so many things wrong with this game, so many 3 year old glitches it boggles the mind as to why, if anyone is still working on a game, they're still in the game!

Sad fact is CCP Shanghai doesn't have the team required to fix issues. They do the math on the time investment vs. payoff (i.e. a single bug being fixed) and opt not to invest that much time.
Ripley Riley is on safari until Oct 9th. I will represent him until he returns.

Rather, they order investment vrs payoff on a huge number of issues, and the larger investment with smaller payoffs get pushed further back in the que.
They are taking a very logical approach to it, and are able to make the most effective changes with what they have available. This means that some issues may stay a long while (That staircase glitch) because it is a very small issue that very rarely occurs and would not impact a lot of people.

Noooo, oh hush. Be kind, and be less DOOM-istic. Dust 514 is a Persistent game design. I don't pretend to even know much about how such games are built and managed, etc,.. but I don know that "persistent" from a team-developers' gunsight means it "is not going to be finished".
When it was "not released", Dust 514 was a Beta beast for two years (and from what I hear, a phenomenally fun game with world-shaking updates on a regular basis).
Now 2 years AFTER its "release", it is hardly recognizable from the Beta mechanics. Top-down, it is a different beast (and I think it has really reached the point where we can call it EVE-Dust 514) And now we have Hotfixes and U-fixes (Unannounced Fixes), in addition to the regular Updates. It's intended to keep getting new builds, new maps, discontinued and pulled-out pieces... without a conclusion.
"Persistent" also means the devs council what things on their ongoing table will take priority to be done, what things will be pushed off (because it's only a little map glitch or menu jam... leave it for now), and what things get the famous "soon" classification (which I think means, we'll schedule it for next month, but will allow any urgent items to jump the queue.)
Why won't they "fix that danged snag on the north corner of map 17?". Because in a persistent-game, with no end-date to walk away from like other games, it's not high on the attack roster (...besides, no matter how big their staff could or should be, I'd prefer to cheer that they are releasing the next new game feature, than cheer that they finally fixed the water filter in my Merc Quarters).
Universe of good wishes for the 49, especially CCP Eterne...

The only thing the current dev team is "persistent" about is breaking everything and releasing more useless shiny things to spend AUR on.
I would like a Gallente SMG.
