Tiered Systems.
Making a safezone, simply to add a learning curve to PC, selecting a couple of Corps to oversee it and monitor, while the PC teams active can help defend it.. for the most part, all but established PC teams may have a shot in a safezone, a possible ruling that a Corp holding here could not flip another Corp in that System. Some will call it fu-fu carebear crap, but it creates content for untested teams to get even enough fights, allows scrubs have a target to beat up while in turn the PC teams would counter the scrubs trespassing in a safezone, it would take some work but it sets a foundation to enter MH so it's worth it.

Betting Zone.
PC Community select a planet for Gambling, Corps holding districts there will honour a 20mil? bet on the outcome of the battle, this would also be expected of the attackers, so for best function having a mix of strong PC teams holding this.. offering an added reward to teams bringing competetive fights - not perfect but that's the idea anyway Pirate

Larger systems used for constant warfare, the only ruling is that established PC teams should not hold land here, districts should be a free-for-all, so a larger Corp could attack but would be expected to sell off all clones on a captured district, keeping a constant flow to district ownership, hopefully along with some good boosts in activity Pirate

Not to mention the lack of serious challengers since most of them will just do get-together raids and just nt show up or probably fight with militia gear. Learning curve? Betting Zone? Honour? WHAT ARE THOOOSE!!!! LOL proof that the downfall is already starting. Not knocking the actual corps in PC who I respect since they keep it interesting from time to time, but most of PC is the same friggin cycle. 1. Join a larger/active corp in the top 50 2. Stack up on proto and ISK by God-willing ways 3. Go into PC and lose/win 4. Hype yourselves up in Dust514.com/forums (optional) 5. Do it all over again PC got boring, people outside of PC will think it is either boring or a waste of time. And yes (for all you commentators later on) I have done PC long enough and Im sure that most of you will say "Oh, noob corp" or whatever, yadda yadda yadda. Ive had my share of PC and know how boring it is after battle 6 on the same friggin map against the same nub corps. I'll give you an E for effort D1CK..... but just an E, it may be below an F, but at this point..... I don't even think CCP gives a flying turtle. If your bored of PC just say it, don't coax noobs and horrible wannabes into playing and crushing their hopes. Just stomp in PUBs until everyone gets a PS4 and 2K16 or Destiny (which is kinda corny btw). That way the forums can continue to be ruled by people who matter and by topics that are wholesome.
