Mostly everything seems great and I'm so excited!!
The only thing I see might being a problem is the ScR. I feel like it will become next to useless on anything other than the Amarr Assault. Also, the change in the mechanic of the charge shot might make the ScR bad at ranged combat.
I often charge my ScR when fighting at range because constantly hitting people at range with regular shots at a good RoF is really hard.
The Charge shot was really nice because it allowed to me pack the punch of 3-4 shots into one shot and hitting one shot on a strafing target is much easier than having to hit 4-5.
Overall, still pretty excited. I'm probably going to spec into Combat Rifles and use those on my Amarr Assaults rather than the ScR when the patch comes out.
