Does this mean that the AmMando is being nerfed?  Why? I don't recall it being OP... Maybe give it a heat bonus similar to the AmAss, but less effective?

In my oppinion if Scr will be nerfed about overheat etc, AmarMando should has heat bonus like Assault but a kinda lesser, cuz you can change between Primary Weaps to avoid overheat.

Well, to be fair: every other non-Amarrian Assault user that equips the SCR is being nerfed heavily.
I think they're just trying to make it so only Amarr Assaults or morons equip the SCR.

Balance does not mean making a weapon only viable on just one(2?) suit out of 20... Especially when it requires skilled hands and a huge investment in order to kill.

We'll see ater the hotfix. CCP isn't very correct about their numbers (they always make something unclear or they mess up some numbers)
If heat build up on fully skilled AmAssault makes it bad then say goodbye to it and welcome TacAR, the new King.
If only charge shot is nerfed then it should be ok.
