you shouldn't be allowed to even download DUST, or play it, it's probably one of the most boring games I've ever played, is definitely the worst online game I've ever played and is by far the worst shooter I've ever played.
I would love to have just ONE game per day which isn't a redline and isn't against a ridiculously stacked team with no-one on my side.
DUST is stale, bland, boring and there's next to no action in every single match I play, is it really too much to ask to have a competitive game where the objective doesn't stay one colour for the whole match? is it too much to ask to win one match? Is it too much to ask to NOT put 2 squads on 1 team and instead distribute them evenly throughout the 2 teams?
what is going on in this game? I'm just running around empty maps, being redlined EVERY GAME, or redlining every game. If people lose the objective ONCE they start hiding and sniping and don't come out of their spawn for the whole game.
So many games are without ANY action whatsoever, nobody is at the objective in most games, the objective hardly ever swaps back and forth, nobody pushes, everyone gives up and snipes.
I just can't take wasting my time with this boring crap anymore.

You are absolutely right, we are just grateful that Dust is not as Bland and Boring as 98% of the other shooters on any market so far.

There's more than one game mode you know. Try deselecting Domination and Ambush and select Skirmish and Acquisition instead.
Clones turn to Dust, but knowledge is eternal.

Agree with OP; My interest is waning too. The spam meta largely precipitated by the map designs and win mechanics is just flushing it all down the toilet. It doesn't help that fanbois are defending crap due to in game achievement rather than being objective about the game as product.

I have good games and bad games.
Good games are either 2 major corp squads one in each opposing team, or a bunch of solo players with very few that run in squads. Games are usually intense.
Bad games where there is one major corp squad in the opposing team and my team consists only of players that struggle to even know what aiming down sights is for. The other way is when I get put on the major squaf team and we just redline the poor bastards. Very boring in both sides.

I totally agree with you OP , is it so hard to make sure that both teams have squads on them or no team has a squad and the match consist of random players ?
I understand where your coming from , I play solo and I don't mind playing against a squad and I'm on a team of random players but I have played matches where clearly there were two squads on the opposing team and my team consisted of random players and to me that's just bull crap .
MU was suppose to be a team builder but it's doing a horrible job at it and like the Operative mentioned , is just plain bad for business sake .
People need to get their heads out of their @$$e$ and address the issues of the game that's making it stagnant .
Matchmaking is one of them along with the performance of the game but not too many care about that , instead they want to collect brownie points by sucking up to the powers that be while this game just slowly sinks in the sand .
You people can keep acting like this game is the best thing since sliced bread , all the while ... titles come out that run smooth and have just as many options , it might not be the same but I'm not looking for a copy and paste , I'm looking for something more then a polished turd that this game has become .
You people can keep acting like it's the PS3's fault while not holding the powers that be accountable for this mess .
People like the OP speak up because they actually care and want this game to do better because it was and is better then it is now .
It's the PS3's fault , it's the pervious Dev's fault , it's the situation's fault because we just don't have the man power but that didn't stop Gunjack from being developed or anything else that their working on behind closed doors , all the while this game is shot to $h!t .
It's alright for you who ask for gear and ISK like it's funny , while the numbers keep shrinking .
Pretty soon you too will join the one's who have moved on to greener pastures because of the inept nature of this polluted structure because nothing will change , no matter how many skins you have , nothing will change unless you demand it .

The game isn't boring.......the players are what makes the match boring. I would agree that certain mechanics such as rooftop camping, matchmaking 2 squads vs randoms, etc help to make the players not play. But I've played in some intense matches where guys are fighting til the end. And it wouldn't just be a cluster **** like what we have in ambuh and domination either.

Yea Count you really are being super negative. I know this game can be a pain solo, trust me I have spent most of my days solo but this game can also be a ton of fun.
For a start try joining a corp that will inject some fun and crucially some intelligence into your team in battle. Get a good squad going and have at it!

Sounds like it could be the controller. Have you tried it out on other games?

No I didn't... But now that I think about it, my controller was linked (with a cable I mean) to the ps3. It may causes random bugs.. I'm not the only one having this issue tho, so it might as well be the game..

Died 3 times on a row because of this when I was winning all my duels. It has been a while since I haven't turned off my ps3 so abruptly... The frustration was above intense !!!
Glad to see someone else also have this issue. Is your controller linked to your ps3 when you have this bug ? Using a device while in charge usually creates random bugs so..
